    Overall the experience was wonderful. The cabin was VERY clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect and the porches are very spacious and beautiful. The only complaint was that the couch in the den was uncomfortable, but I know it is hard to keep a comfortable couch in a place that gets so much use and is a sleeper sofa as well. The other thing was the Direct TV. We couldn't get very many channels so that was frustrating. It seemed like everything we wanted to watch at night was on a channel that we couldn't get like travel channel, etc. Other than that, cabin was private, secluded and quiet. Very nice!

    The cabin was very nice. We had had bad experiences with other cabin rentals with other companies were the furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable. This cabin was completely different. The furniture was in good condition and the bed was comfortable.

    The only issue I have is when I rented the cabin nothing was said about a pet fee. I was sure the cabin was pet friendly when I rented it and even called and spoke to someone to confirm that. The person I spoke to said nothing about a pet fee at any time.

    When I called to make the final half of my payment I was told there would be a $50 pet fee. I OK'd the additional $50 charge and when I got my confirmation on the payment found you actually charge me $56.38. The entire additional pet charge was very disappointing when I was never told anything about this initially and do not recall seeing anything about a fee in the cabin description.

The cabin is pet friendly and there is no pet fee for the 1st pet the pet fee was charged because of the 2nd dog, which we learned of after you initially booked online.     We stayed in the little chateau for 4 nights. We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was very clean, the pool table area had plenty of room, the hot tub was nice, as well as the jacuzzi. We will definitely be staying here again.

    Always happy with the cleanliness of Edencrest properties. It is just three of us and this was wonderful for a short vacation. That being said, the new app has some bugs. No gate code given and had to call the on call emergency number at nearly midnight; Wi-Fi password was wrong. Had a lot of trouble using the free admission to Ripley's in the "Passport to Paradise" as the card was not included. Cabin: the pullout mattress was very thin and the pool table is not level. The downstairs furniture and hot tub cover are pretty worn. All clean just needs some updated furniture. Also the bedbug protectors have ripped zippers so kind of pointless. I would stay at this cabin again though and enjoyed my time there. No mountain view but lots of privacy was nice.

    We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was just right for the two of us. It was very clean. Staff was fantastic in explaining directions to the cabin as we never received email directions. My only only bad comment was we were given the wrong gate code. Had to call and get the code.. overall it was great. Will most certainly come back.

    We loved the cabin and the location. It was close to the Pidgeon Parkway, yet seemed remote. Did not have to drive up too high or too far from entrance gate.

    Just spent 5 nights at Little Chateau. Overall we enjoyed it very much. We had one problem one night with the hot tub cover getting stuck between the tub body and the wall, but the management came to fix it right away the second day when we were out.
    a few small things i wish to have: salt/sugar for cooking, the master room bed is great but the two sofa beds were a bit soft.

    We enjoyed our few day getaway for spring break. Only complaint would be the sheets for the 2 queen pull out couches weren't provided. We were given full size sheets & the couches were queens. We made do, but just providing that info for the next customers. Also, the master bedroom mattress
    Could probably stand to be replaced, it sinks in the middle pretty bad & my husband & I both had back pain from it. Also for other people renting in the future, the gate code to the resort & pool code weren't provided.
    We had to ask other people staying there for the codes or we had to call. Beautiful cabin, great location to area

    We had a wonderful time at Little Château cabin. The cabin was very clean and in a great location. The vacation planners were very helpful and polite. They answered all of our questions and went out of their way to help us. The only thing I would change about the cabin would be to maybe put in a new mattress. You could tell that the current mattress is older and it is hard as a rock. But other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

    Overall the cabin was great experience. First the good, beautiful gated community and great location. Cabin inside and out beautiful. Very roomy, hot tub, Jacuzzi, pool table and large open floor plan and master bedroom. The bad, shower curtain was moldy and needed to be changed or cleaned, Jacuzzi was dirty, master bed was not very comfy. Our biggest issue was that we were told that the cabin had "real" working fireplaces by the lady on the phone. This is NOT true. There are two faux fireplaces, both have heat and a fake flame but they are not log or propane, just fake electric fireplace, my wife and I were extremely disappointed that the girl on the phone mislead us. Overall we were very happy with our experience but would suggest that Eden or the owner do a little better job of cleaning the place and maybe a new mattress and some real fireplaces.
