    The cabin was beautiful! It was even better than the pictures, & fully equipped with everything we needed. It isn't far from the parkway and the view was amazing! I also love the check in/out process using the smartphone app, it's so convenient and easy to use. I will definitely be renting from this company again!

    My family and I stay at a cabin each October/November for an early thanksgiving. This is actually the second time we've stayed at this cabin. It's very large and cozy. The basement is full of fun things to do and has a great media room. Would recommend.

    Very nice place. slept 8 adults and 2 grandchildren very comfortably. Nice kitchen. Plenty of room. A couple minor issues. Loft shower leaked down onto the main floor kitchen area. So we quit taking showers there. Very cramped and unable to play pool. Table is tucked in a corner. Video game machine on the fritz.

    We enjoyed this property and its amenities. The property management staff sent a mantainence person shortly after we called about a leak from the top floor bathroom. Though it was a minor inconvenience, we were not able to use the shower in that restroom thereafter. This was noted Sunday afternoon, and we were leaving Monday morning.

    Very nice place To rest, quiet, spacious rooms, very nice living room. Only few things: very small trash can for 3 days with out somebody coming to pick up it, the racoons ripped the bags that we put outside. Otherwise everything was very good.

    Having read all of the previous reviews on this cabin, we were a little unsure of what to expect. We ended up having a wonderful visit! The floor plan fit our family perfectly, the kids had a great time, and I enjoyed the early mornings on the porch. There was a small issue with wifi, which was corrected very quickly. When we arrived, one of the side doors was ajar and the alarm was not set, but mgmt didn't seem too concerned. We also discovered
    a small leak from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen, but maintenance came right out and looked at it. The location isn't secluded, but it wasn't a major disappointment. All in all, we would stay here again!

    It was beautiful. The house was clean, the view was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing is the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom stopper did not work and they emailed me the door code and wifi information ten minutes before we were to was inconvenient because when you get to the destination, no one had service to pull up the information.

    First of all, the family and I had a great time in the area. Now, to mention the small things that bothered me. 1- check in time says 4pm or call to ask to check in early. We received our email/text door code at 4:20pm. 2- I called about 2:30pm and asked to check in early after a 7 hour drive. Nice lady said the rooms had not been released by the cabin cleaners yet. We were already at the cabin and it was already cleaned. the cleaning crew was across the street. 3- The wifi password was wrong and took 2 days for them to come by and tell me that. 4- although the cabin appeared clean, the counter top in the kitchen was filthy. Luckily the wife travels with cleaning wipes and this was fixed by her. 5- trash container outside did not have a lock on it. Racoons were able to get into it on 2 occasions before I put my own lock on it. 6- No "welcome bag" as stated in on the website or email. Had to go to the office (around back of posted address, by the way - thanks for telling me)to pick up my free show card. 7- Free DVD rental in NOT available at the closest Exxon gas station. I didn't bother trying the other two listed places. 8- NO, ZERO, NOTTA, NOTHING...cell phone service at the cabin. Had 6 people here and it was hit and mostly miss. Had to drive down the road to pick up a signal - not really complaining, sorta enjoyed it, but send the cabin land line number to any one who might need to call you in an emergency.
    Ok, those are probably my only complaints. Cabin was nice, but the customer service could use some sprucing up. Gonna try a different rental agency next winter, nothing personnel, just wanna see if it's any better. Cabin was in a quite location and scenery was OK - not any good mountain views.

    Family of 7 plenty of room. We have been to Gatlinburg before and this was a great location. It was very convenient to everything. Only issue was no internet access and the TV remote in media room and game room didn't work.

    This cabin is even more fabulous than the pictures and description show it to be. The spacious 3 level, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath was much more than my family needed. The wrap around porch was just lovely and we enjoyed sitting out on it every evening as well as using the hot tub. The cabin is supplied with just about every amenity you could possibly need for your stay. The community of Smoky Cove is just a few minutes drive from the activities in Pigeon Forge so I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the area.

    Good clean cabin with plenty of room for six adults (enough beds for 8 adults). All the cooking, serving, and table settings you would need. Gas grill could have been cleaner. All appliances worked. Hot tub was great. Close to Pigeon Forge and two full size grocery stores). Community Pool was great. Had a raccoon problem with trash, trash bin needs to be larger and reinforced to keep out raccoons and bears.

    Easy to find and easy to access. Amenities were perfect for our situation (5 children). An ice cream truck even showed up, exciting for us as well as the kids. Very quiet area. Main and upstairs bedrooms were extremely nice. We loved the idea that the kids could basically have their own floor, 2 bedrooms, tv room and gameroom all on bottom level. We would definitely like to return for a longer visit next time. Great customer service and online updates. Loved the fact that it came with a starter package of toiletries and detergents. This led to a relaxing beginning for our stay. Thanks a Million!
    FYI-Nascar offers a great daily or weekly discount if you have kids. Hollywood Museum offers the House of Chaos activities for only $9 more-well worth it.

    The cabin is great and was just what we needed to celebrate my moms 80th birthday. The only problem we had was the outside gas grill does not heat up properly We had to cook hamburgers over 2 hours to get them done on Saturday we had a big grill meal planned for my parents and had to try and fix everything inside It made the day harder and supper late because all we had to use was the stove to replace the grill. you could touch the outside of the grill when it was on, it was that bad. Other than that had a great weekend and would stay here again if grill worked properly

    There were 2 families who stayed. There was plenty of room. The cabin was beautiful and the grounds were also. I wouldn't change anything other than it really need to be cleaned more thoroughly. We found food left on some of the dishes and food under the cushions and couches. It could use a good dust cleaning also. For the price, it should have been cleaned more thoroughly, especially when you are using couches with pull out beds. We stay in Pigeon Forge every year and certainly plan to use Eden Crest again.

We do apologize for the disappointment you experienced while staying with us. We regret to hear that you had any issues. I am sorry to hear that you did not find the cabin cleaned to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot find any recordings of you calling to share concerns about the cleanliness of the cabin nor do I show any work order requests for cleaners to return. Had you said anything about your concerns during your stay we would have gladly sent the cleaners back to address them. We contract cleaners to clean each cabin and they understand that if the cleaning is not considered satisfactory to a guest they will be expected to return to the cabin to address any issues. Now that you are gone there is no way for us to take issue with the manner in which they cleaned the cabin. In the future we would respectfully request that you let us know so that we can have the opportunity to immediately address it. I truly regret that your last visit did not exceed all of your hopes and expectations. Our desire at Eden Crest is to try and provide all guests with a wonderful vacation experience. While we are human and none of us are perfect our efforts were sincere and hope that you will accept our sincere apology in the spirit in which it is given.

    It is a very nice cabin with many amenities. The hot tub, TV's everywhere, arcade machine and pool table were all nice to have. The bathrooms where nice. The bedding wasn't perfect but it was good. The only real knock I have on it is that the view. The view out the front is of other cabins and the view out the back is the same. It looks good but it isn't the grand mountain view some people get it their heads when they picture staying in a mountain cabin.

    Our stay included 9 family members in all. There was ample space to hang out and the cabin was very clean. One of the best things was the gracious size kitchen with plenty of nice cookware and dishes. The master suite was perfect and the bedroom furniture beautiful. We were a bit short on sleeping space since the pullout couch downstairs wouldn't pull out maybe due to a bent frame. Both couches are in need of replacement as there is no support in addition to a futon which was not really large enough to be counted for sleeping. Otherwise, this was a beautiful cabin and perfect size for a family.

    I went with a group of 7 women and we had a fantastic time. The cabin was cleaner and more modern than the pictures suggested. The cabin said it slept up to 11 but I think 8 is a more appropriate number for adults to be comfortable. It didn't have much of a view but the entire grounds were very nice. It was about 15 minutes from the main strip of Pigeon Forge so it was a perfect retreat. We brought our own food and could have stayed in the cabin the entire time. Great game room downstairs and modern amenities. We stayed for 3 days which is not enough time to enjoy Pigeon Forge. I would definitely go back!

    A group of ladies rented the "Off the clock" cabin for 3 nights. We all liked the location. We enjoyed the porches. The cabin was not as clean as we would have like. One of the girls removed the cushion from the couch, and it was nasty. The hot tub was dirty. After calling the office, the staff did come and change the filter and the water was clean. We wanted the fireplace on, we found out that they did not turn it on until Nov. The cabin did have everything we needed. But we were alittle disappointed with a few things.

    We had a great time resting and relaxing in this cabin. It's not as secluded as some of the other cabins we've stayed in, but the community and staff really made it worth it. Actually some of the best customer service we've gotten in the area. We'll definitely return in the near future.

    When I first saw this cabin on the website, the view was the very first thing I notice..the cabin itself was gorgeous..     Our families (3) met together in Smoky Cove in "off The Clock" cabin in July. It was so special to have a get away for each of us. We had children, teens and adults and the cabin met our needs. The game room was a big success for the dads and young ones. There was TV's in all rooms and all was beautifully decorated. One suggestion for the owner... it would be very beautiful and patriotic to display a flag in front of porch. We would definitely go back again. Thanks for such hospitality. We made many memories and pictures for our younger generation!

    Finally, our family found some time that schedules worked for all to get away and we found Off the Clock. It was the best location for a large family to stay with room for all. This cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was well taken care of and the houseKeeping was great. The staff at Edencrest was very helpful and answered my many questions.     Off the Clock has a great layout with large living and dining areas and kitchen. The furniture, decor, and equipment were great.
    The decorations were wonderful, especially in the living area and the upstairs bedroom.
    The kids enjoyed the recreation room and its many games.
    The cabin was clean and the Eden Crest staff was responsive to questions.
    The only problems was that the fold out couch did not open and the futon on the upstairs landing only sleeps one, uncomfortably.
    An important detail, bring plenty of your own trash bags.

    We were there for a wedding and the location is adjacent to Bluff Mt. Inn.
    The location was away from the traffic, yet close to Pigeon Forge.

    Eden Crest was good to work with and professional, with a couple of manageable exceptions. If you make changes to your reservation, best double check with Eden Crest to confirm. Also, day before and day of arrival communications were spotty.
    However, follow up with the staff was easy.

    Overall, it was a great place for a wedding party.

    The Location was great, the property was clean. however, The refrigerator didn’t work. The arcade game in the basement didn’t work. The gas grill hadn’t been cleaned after several uses. I was very disappointed I wasn’t able to grill due to the unclean grill. I rent a cabin every year and this was the 1st year I rented Eden Crest. I don’t think I will use your properties in the future.

Sadly we cannot always anticipate when something may break but our maintenance staff would have been glad to come out and fix the refrigerator for you had you brought it to your attention. We do show where your called about the arcade game and gas grill. We greatly appreciate you bring those to our attention as we immediately tried to address those issues. We are unfortunate that the outside vendor that fixes the arcade games did not make it there before your departure, and we are however, under their mercy to fix the arcade games at their earliest convenience. Sadly you have left and now you will not recommend us to others. We hope that you will reconsider and in the future if you do need our assistance in a cabin that you will call us.
