You can even bring two pooches with you!

“Rustic Retreat” boasts six bedrooms on three levels with an extra queen sleeper sofa. Two king-sized master suites include deck/balcony access, private baths, TVs, and whirlpool tubs. Another bedroom has its own fireplace. The bunk bed room sleeps four—the kids’ idea of a vacation retreat.

    Loved the location and the home. We had several cars so parking was very tricky but we paid the place behind the cabin so we could park there and walked a little ways through the woods and that worked fine

    Our family rented Rustic Retreat for Mamaw's 84th birthday. All her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren came. Everyone had plenty of privacy, yet we could all be together. The rental was clean and the staff was wonderful to work with. Located just minutes from the Parkway, Rustic Retreat was the perfect place for our family.

    Lots of space, beautifully decorated, really loved the cabin. The drive way was not very good on getting in, too steep. Bring truck instead of car if you can. Hard to get car up driveway.But everything else was nice. Very satisfied with my stay.(5) 5 on Property's condition. 5 on location. very clean 5, Friendly management. The only complaint I had was the bathroom in the main bedroom upstairs, the commode was stopped up couldn't use til Sat. after the maintenance man got there, one of the TV's in the kids bedroom wasn't hooked up but maintenance fixed it too. Also we couldn't find all the remotes to the TV's, but everything else was good. And maintenance came as soon as they could after we called to fix everything.

    Loved the house great location. This property suited our extended family get-together needs well. However, the driveway had to be approached,at a running start or you would slide and spin out. You should be aware that while large enough for several cars it can be treacherous to get them up,there especially,in wet conditions. We were told you could park first come first serve at the pool site at the front of the community, but it is quite a hike to the house from there..

    Sleeping & Bathroom Layout & Rooms is great in this house. Hot tub is nice feature. Neighborhood & Location is really nice. Driveway is super steep. Main Living Room sofa needs to be replaced...fake leather is rubbing off. More outdoor furniture would be a huge plus.

    This cabin was almost perfect my family. We had a total of 10 adults and 6 kids. It was more than enough room. The only negative thing about the property was the driveway. It was very very steep. It was very hard to go up and down it.

    Our overall vacation was great. We had 5 couples stay 3 nights. The person that took my reservation advised me each Queen/King bedroom had its on bathroom. That statement wasn't true and created a little upset. After we worked it out the only complaint I had was the driveway. This house Could use some updated furniture in the main living areas but it's spacious. The maintenance man was very polite and quick. Our weekend getaway was a hit. If you book Rustic retreat please be aware of the steep driveway.

    It was a great weekend with friends and family. The cabin was great for our large party. We had a place for everyone to sleep. The only thing I would say is they need more sitting furniture downstairs by the pool table and there a few places you can actually see outside between the logs upstairs which makes it cold up there.

    Beautiful cabin inside and out...Perfect location for our NYE family reunion. All 3 families fit comfortably. All the amenities of home for cooking and relaxing. Driveway is steep but fit but plenty of parking. Disappointed that there was no outdoor furniture for enjoying the decks but didn't let that ruin our vacation. Close to all the fun but in the mountains enough to enjoy the widelife. Views from the cabin were awesome! Will def use Eden Crest again and hopefully book Rustic Retreat for our next get together!

    Overall, the stay was very nice. The cabin is lovely and accommodated my family well during the days following Christmas this past year. The driveway and parking situation is less than ideal. In fact, the hill is too steep and many of our 6 cars could not make it up the hill onto the top of the driveway without some difficulty. We had to push one of the cars up the hill. No major complaints about the cabin itself. I wouldn't recommend this particular property only because the driveway is so steep and it was hard to come and go easily.

    We rented the house for our Christmas Family weekend - Five families with a total of 3 teens and 6 children who were 4 and under. The bedroom-to-bathroom ratio was very good. The teens loved the room with the two bunk beds. The master bedrooms were large enough for the pack-n-plays needed for the babies. There were even enough towels and washcloths to go around. We loved it that there was a decorated Christmas tree!
    There were a few issues that needed attention: a patio door that wouldn't lock, three burned out light bulbs, a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. We called and Brian came to our rescue! He went above and beyond to fix anything that needed to be fixed. We were very pleased with his service. We could have used more trash bags. The living room furniture probably needs to be updated. Overall, it is a lovely house and we had a very nice experience.

    The driveway was almost straight up until you got to the top then it leveled out. The lighting was terrible had to use flashlight on phone to work on puzzle. Heard every foot step made top 2 floors. We did have a great time and there was plenty of room.

    Beautiful cabin, even nicer than the pictures. The place was spotless and the rental company very thoughtful. The only negative was the driveway. Unless you have a higher vehicle such as a SUV you will scrape the bottom of your car getting up the driveway because of the severe slope at the entrance. One person lost a front Spoiler. not A PLACE FOR SPORTS CARS OR even a new Toyota Camry get scratched going up the drive.

    Rustic Retreat was a very nice cabin, and had plenty of room for our four families (17 total people). It was clean and in a good location.

    Though it was a great place and we had a great time, there were a few issues of which potential guests should be aware:

    First, we were disappointed by the almost complete lack of furniture on the very large deck. There were only two cheap plastic chairs out there (no dining table), which made it difficult for all of us to enjoy the beautiful evenings. There were also no chairs on the upstairs deck.

    The landline phones at the house were also not working. Ordinarily, that wouldn't be a big problem in an age of cell phones, but our cell service (through AT&T) was almost non-existent, so ordering pizza delivery was quite difficult. Techies could set up WiFi calling (but see below), but not everyone has that skill set.

    Also, during our stay, the upstairs air conditioning wasn't working, so we emailed Edencrest. They sent a couple of guys out to fix it very quickly, which was great. However, the "fix" was apparently only temporary, and the A/C stopped working again the following day. Fortunately, the nights were cool and perfect for open windows. Plus, we were leaving the next day, so it wasn't a big deal.

    Finally, in their email and app information, Edencrest provided the wrong password for the WiFi. Although the correct one was located on the router itself, it shouldn't be incumbent upon the guest to figure that out.

    Despite this list of quibbles, we really did have a great time on our first visit to "The Pidge!"

    Great cabin large spacious and clean with lots of room had up to 14 in cabin. Hot tub worked great, plenty of beds but seating inaim room was inadequate for a large group, no deck furniture, dogs allowed super great cabin for your canine companions, our 2 poodles had as good of time as we did. Great location,easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smokies, driveway really steep, had sufficient parking for 4 cars easy but almost had to have a 4x4 to make it up the driveway after a rain shower. Game room pool table, video game for adults and older children in good condition only one cue stick tbough, and the chalk board area for small children was a great idea. Main level master bedroom furniture should have been laid out differently the bed faced main front glass door which was a little awkward. 1 piece of furniture in game room broken (not fixed during our stay), main level AC went out took maintenance about 4 hours to respond and fix not really that bad considering drive time and such. Community pool was a great amenity. A few hiccups but would recommend and have recommended to several friends. I am very impressed with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals and would recommend them to everyone looking for a vacation rental in areas served by Eden Crest, the Eden Crest mobile app was a great help. All in all Rustic Retreat is a "Solid 4".

    The hill was steep but we managed . Pictures are not up to date was planning on staying on porch and relaxing in the rocking chairs but no rocking chairs there as in pictures. Couch needs updated and chair in game room held together with duct player broken. Filled out requests but nothing done. Wish we would of had a greeter to tell us where everything was. All in all we still had a wonderful time and plenty of room for big family.just lots of little things need taken care of and it makes you worried that they will charge you for those things that were all ready broken.

    Lovely cabin enjoyed by my parents, my sister and her husband, her 5 girls, my husband and I and 3 of our kids. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Great location. We did have to call for maintenance a few times. The cable or TVs were not functioning when we arrived and maintenance was not available until the next day and the hot tub outside had a leak. A comforter in the bunk bedroom had a dried substance on it and required washing before we could use it and the grill on the deck was extremely dirty. Overall, still a great getaway. Look forward to doing it again.

    We had a wonderful time. Loved how close we were to Dollywood and all the tourist activities . Yet we were able to enjoy the quietness of nature around us.

    We rented this house to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect for our family. There was entertainment for the 20-somethings and older adults, alike. The hot tub was a nice addition! The wifi did not work even after someone came to fix it, which was frustrating, but also encouraged more interaction while on vacation. Also, not a big deal to us, but there is no flat yard space at this home and the driveway is very steep. There is very little outdoor seating and the outdoor furniture is in poor condition, so I suggest bringing lawn chairs. In summary, it was a nice place for our whole family to get together. We came from Michigan, Georgia, and South Carolina so it was a nice central location.

    We had about 20 people spend a weekend at the cabin for a wedding. Overall the description was accurate. Plenty of room for everyone, everything was clean, beds fairly comfortable. The AC upstairs was not working when we arrived but I put in a work request and a guy was there to fix it within about 20 minutes at around 10:00pm so there maintenance staff is on top of things. We liked the place and would return. I would mention that the driveway is a very steep hill so be prepared for some challenging parking. Still we fit nearly 10 cars in the driveway.

    Very nice getaway with friends and family for our daughter's birthday celebration. A winter storm was coming in prior to the day of our arrival so thankfully our cabin was available for us to arrive a day earlier. Arrived late at night and getting up the driveway late at night was a little scary. Was very steep in fact we were allowed to park at the public picnic shelter since snow was coming in last full day of out stay. The arcade game was not working when we got there for the children to play but I called maintenance and they were on it right away and got it fixed. Overall was a very fun and pleasant trip!

    We enjoyed our vacation at the property. It was enough space and the kitchen was well stocked. The living room furniture is worn and the iron needs to be replaced The kitchen faucet sprayer is dirty and a couple of the tv remotes didn't work. Also, the WiFi had to be reset to work otherwise, a great time!

    The overall experience here was fantastic. Beautiful accommodations. Clean. Well managed. Note to maintenance: The water pressure is horrible. There was barely enough pressure to clean the shampoo out. Maintenance did come check and adjusted it a little but could be better. There were two screen doors that the screen was pushed through that you may want someone to look at. I would highly recommend the location as it was very close and had easy access.     It is a very nice unit. They do need more outside seating. Two main decks had only 3 chairs. The bedrooms were big. One of the bunk beds had something in it that was biting my son. He happened 2 nights. Not sure if it was bed bugs.

    The house was great. Only disappointment was that the Wifi was spotty. Maybe get one on both floors?

    I'm much less enthusiastic about the Eden Crest app I had to get though to make sure I was checking-in/out properly. There weren't written instructions anywhere in the house for checking-out and the app is a PITA.

    They say they'll text you the code to get in the house but if you don't have cell service, it's not possible. Luckily the cleaning service was still there and could call for me when we arrived.

    The number of bedrooms and bedding was fine. The kitchen was extrememly small for the size of the house. One of the eyes on the stove did not work. When the water was on anywhere in the house, there was -0- water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. Not even a drip would come out of the shower. The garbage cans were not in a cage and the doors on the rubber surrounding them broke and a critter got into the trash. Our trash overflowed and it took 2 days to get someone out there.

      We are sorry to hear that your stay was not entirely satisfactory. Our records show that you requested trash pick up twice and they were both completed each day on the same day they were requested. The resorts do not provide trash pick-up and since we have cabins all over the area the only way we can manage trash is to pick it up between guests when the cabin is being cleaned and upon request. Unfortunately we have found that neighboring guests do often add their trash to our cabin receptacles. We do not show any other service order requests from you during your stay regarding the stove or water pressure. Had you let us know we would have sent a maintenance technician out to the cabin to address the issues. Unfortunately we cannot always predict when something may break but we have a great staff that will be happy to fix any unfortunate issues that may arise. We are sorry that this cabin choice did not meet all of your expectations but we do have several cabins to choose from and each is its own unique experience. They are all privately owned so each owner personally chooses the amenities and decor that they feel will create a welcoming and fun vacation experience. We hope to see you again in the future.

    This is a beautiful cabin, although the photos don't do it justice! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and lovely. We loved the deck with the amazing views and spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck chairs! The only complaint we had was the lack of parking and steep driveway, but those were minor problems.
    While staying there, we had a problem with the pool table cues (tips were broken); we called the management office and within 30 minutes they brought us brand new ones! Very satisfied with the customer service we received during our stay.
    We would definitely stay here again!

    Our family and friends enjoyed their stay at Rustic Retreat for our wedding. The only negative thing I have to say is that the water pressure was very low and the driveway was steep and a few people spun trying to get up the driveway. The cabin itself was beautiful... the first night we were there, the people at the cabin beside us were very noisy late at night and up in the morning when they were out in the hot tub... laughing, hooping and hollering - made it tough to fall asleep. Loved that we weren't too far from the Parkway.

    This was a great experience for our large family. A few things to consider when renting: The driveway is treacherous, nearly bottoming out my car when we first arrived.
    For the amount of people that it holds, there is not enough outdoor seating, so bring your own bag chairs.
    Make sure to bring your own towels for pool etc, as there is only 1 towel for each person you list as being in your cabin.
    Location is great and the mountains are beautiful. Not far from any attractions. My family would definitely rent here again.
