    The Cabin was wonderful we arrived early and Eden Crest was very helpful on getting us into our cabin early. Heater down stairs wasn't working right, they had someone out there in 15 minutes to fix it. We had a wonderful time and I will definitely stay with Eden Crest with any future Vacations.

    We had a great time, the cabin was very clean, great for all rooms to have private baths, the seating was great for our large group and great place for kids to eat and be with adults. We cook all meals so the cooking utensils would be nice if had a crock pot and griddle to fry bacon, sausage, and eggs. I know everyone doesn't cook like our family. IT WAS A GREAT AND FUN EXPERIENCE.

    The chalet was very nice and clean. Lots of room for everyone. We weren't in the chalet a lot just mainly to sleep. We really did love it. It's was a little hard to find in the dark but it was nice and will stay again.

    We were notified 2 days prior to our departure that our cabin we had chosen was taken off the market by the owner. With the rental involving a busy spring break week Eden Crest chose Ivy Falls (#9) as our replacement. We paid originally for a cabin that had 3 king beds, poolside pool, a hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi tub, theater room, & game room. Eden Crest placed us in a cabin with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, limited tv's, & a foosball table. We didn't get the amenities that we paid for, however, Eden Crest kept telling us how we were being upgraded. The cabin pictured on The Eden Crest Website as Ivy Falls (#9) isn't the actual one at 2184 Mossy Stone Way. What the website doesn't show you is that there are many steps to get in/out of property. The water in the enclosed pool was cold all the time & not heated like we were told. Pathway lights from the cabin to the pool were non-functioning.The shower floors in the showers were extremely slippery,a couple of the toilets needed to be better secured, no instructions on how to run the TV or DVD player, gas grill needs replacing,there was no Passport To Paradise welcome kit or Gray Box card in our cabin upon arrival. Called Eden Crest & they apologized. Went to office to get movie rental card. On the positive side: Ampule amounts of dishes, cookware & linens, great location to see & do area attractions, check in/out was very easy, smart phone app was very helpful.

    The cottage itself was equipped to sleep a large number of people, but it would have been nice to have more queen beds & fewer bunk beds. Though there were 14 people staying there, supplies such as dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, personal bars of soap were in short supply. For the price we paid, there should have been more amenities . In addition, though we requested an actual exterior picture of the chalet where we were staying, no picture of exterior was provided. The kitchen and den areas were small; only one TV was provided for entire house. Price was high.

    Very clean and beautifully decorated and well furnished home. Fit our group well. Ample parking. Lots of steps to get in/out of property. Did not have a hot tub or wifi as advertised. Outside lights were busted when we arrived but promptly repaired. Would stay here again!!!

    We had a great time. The cabin was nice but not large enough to be for 18 people to fit comfortably. Not enough seating. Should be for only 12-14. Overall was great. The staff was superb. Called with a couple of issues and maintenance got right on it. We would stay with Eden Crest again

    The staff was super from the booking to the on site staff House is great Beds were comfortable No hot tub though and there needs to be a small trash and leaf clean up around the porch and trash area outside I was surprised that such a nice stay inside would neglect a small but so obvious a detail Overall other than that detail the stay Location and amenities were great

    Called to get problems fixed, got hung up on twice so drove to the main office to get it taken care of. Electrical issues, one of the rooms on main floor keep loosing power. The inside was clean, not enough seating for everyone to enjoy a movie with only one small TV in the whole chalet, which we could not find the remote for, only after searching every wear found it inside hideabed. The out side still had fall leaves and garbage all around.

    The property was perfect for what we were looking for. We had plenty of room for a group of teenagers to spend a weekend. Location was great, the cabin was great, and the management system and people were also great. I have only one complaint. When I called to reserve the cabin, I asked if the cabin had all the amenities as the pictures showed. I was reassured that all cabins had those amenities. The pictures showed a pool table, Foosball table, ping pong, and a jacuzzi. When we arrived, only the foosball table was at our cabin. Not a big deal for adults, but a big deal for the kids.

    We have stayed at the Smoky Mountain Christian Village for several years for our church ladies retreat. The management changed during our planning and due to the changes, I had 4 different people handle our reservations but it continued to be an enjoyable weekend for our ladies. However; the management changed within the month or two of our stay and we hope to have the same experience next year.
